After a relationship breakdown, I knew I was meant for more. I couldn’t keep letting external pressures, emotions and old patterns dictate my life. That’s when I discovered Jungian work, which helped me uncover the hidden patterns keeping me from stepping into my power.
I learned that true transformation isn’t changing our behaviors or rewiring our brain —it’s about reclaiming the parts of ourselves we’ve suppressed and embracing who we really are. And that’s what I’ve done. Every time I reconnect with my true Self, I stop playing small and start living authentically, both in my personal and professional life.
